We are Hiring for our Quality Control Department

Position: QC Manager

Experience: 8-10Years

Qualification: M. Sc/M. Pham/ B. Pham/ M. Tech/B. Tech (Bio-Technology, Bio-Chemistry and Micro biology)

Required Skills:

1.Review and Approve of Analytical reports,SOPs,STPs,Specs,COAs and Quality control related documents; 2.Responsible for handling of OOS,OOT,incidents,change controls, Deviations,CAPA and review of Risk assessments and impact assessments

3. Responsible for cGMP Compliance, auditing and qualifying the outside analytical laboratory, Compliance of CGLP,regulatory and customer audits compliance,handling of market complaints related to quality of the product and follow up the technology transfer

4.Responsible for Establishing, implementing and maintaining an effective quality management system in the quality control department

5.Coordinating with other departments for Technical discussion.

6. Monitoring and ensuring the calibration, validation verification, PMP.AMC and qualification of instruments ensuring the

electronic data back up instruments. 7.Planning, allotment and monitoring of work to all quality control department staff.

8. Responsible for training of personnel on all aspects of QC, Responsible to ensure the regular in service training programs to

update and extend the skills of Quality control staff.

9. Responsible for Qualification of Equipment related to QC.
