Job Description (Clinical QA – Fresher)
- Assist in ensuring compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
- Review clinical trial documents such as:
- Protocols
- CRFs (Case Report Forms)
- Informed Consent Forms
- Support audit and inspection readiness activities
- Assist in conducting internal audits of clinical processes and sites
- Track deviations, CAPA, and quality issues in clinical studies
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of Trial Master Files (TMF)
- Coordinate with clinical operations and cross-functional teams
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment
