Key Responsibilities
✔️ Study Sample Analysis
- Perform sample extraction using wet chemistry techniques
- Handle centrifugation, evaporation, and freezing processes
- Prepare aliquots and execute analytical procedures
- Maintain AP sheets and logbooks
- Operate instruments like HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS
✔️ Method Development & Validation
- Perform method development & validation (MD/MV)
- Work on plasma, serum, and urine samples
- Operate and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS & ICP-MS instruments
- Conduct literature research and documentation
✔️ Report Specialist
- Prepare sample analysis and method validation reports
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Handle sponsor/regulatory queries
- Maintain project documentation and databases
- Ensure timely report submission and archiving
