Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience in CRM, recruitment, tool testing, market research, etc.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent research capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible and collaborative work approach.
- Experience with MediSpend or similar workflow tools (advantage).
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of questionnaire design/review.
- Multilingual abilities (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to identify and process interview responders for consulting insights.
- Maintain records and activity within workflow/CRM software.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables.
- Support research and interviews for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize international telephone interviews (US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain).
- Manage transcription and translation services.
- Ensure compliance in Honoraria CRM software and collaborate with the technical team for enhancements.
- Attend project kick-off meetings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with team members and stakeholders on project progress.
