Sr. Account Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years of Experience
Job Location: S.G.Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Vacancy : Multiple
Candidates preferred from Gujarat.
Qualification: M.com / MBA Finance
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting entries of service and spare or other material purchased (Journal purchase) at factory.
- Representation before GST department for various GST matters
- Filing of GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and annual return.
- Filing GST Refunds.
- Representation before GST department for various GST matters
- Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns.
- Daily accounting of all Journal entries such as Journal expenses, GST, Normal Journal entries, Journal clearing etc.
- Daily accounting of the Cash vouchers related to factory in books of account
- Daily Inward Purchase entry
- Weekly reconciliation of Bank and cash book, Prepare reconciliation statement
- Monthly reconciliation of actual landed expenses booked with Landed cost added at the time of inward.
- AP invoice approval (Only Material purchase inwards)
