We’re Hiring Passionate Innovators
We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our Research & Development (R&D) and Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) teams at our facility in Nandesari GIDC, Vadodara. If you’re passionate about clean energy, chemical innovation, and scalable solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
1. Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D
Department: Research & Development
Qualification: M.Sc. in Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry
Experience: 1–4 years in the chemical industry
Key Responsibilities:
Execute laboratory experiments based on project needs.
Maintain accurate lab records and observations.
Coordinate with the pilot plant team for technology scale-up and transfer.
2. Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)
Department: Research & Development
Qualification: ITI (AOCP / LACP)
Experience: 1–5 years in the chemical industry
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor pilot plant processes.
Maintain process and activity records.
Coordinate with the QC team for in-process testing and quality checks.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
3. Executive – ADL
Department: R&D
Qualification: M.Sc. in Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry
Experience: 4–7 years in the chemical industry
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on work with advanced analytical instruments (ICP, Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, Auto Titrator).
Develop and validate methods for new products and raw materials.
Conduct literature reviews and technical research.
