Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional looking to advance your career with a global leader in OSD manufacturing? Granules India Limited is currently hiring a Production – Granulation Executive for its state-of-the-art Gagillapur Unit in Hyderabad.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-compliance environment and possess a deep technical understanding of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes.
Core Responsibilities and Expertise
As a Granulation Executive, you will be at the heart of the production floor, ensuring that the primary stages of tablet manufacturing are executed with precision. Your daily mandate will include:
- Process Management: Hands-on handling of both Wet and Dry Granulation activities.
- Equipment Mastery: Skilled operation and oversight of critical machinery including Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), and various Blenders.
- Compliance & Documentation: Strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and meticulous maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Process Control: Continuous monitoring of critical process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Operational Excellence: Driving the team to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Granules India is looking for candidates who bring a blend of technical skill and regulatory discipline:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in OSD Granulation.
- Location: Ability to work at the Gagillapur Unit, Hyderabad.
- Skillset: Strong familiarity with automated granulation systems and a “quality-first” mindset regarding documentation.
