The Role: Executive / Sr. Executive (Product Development & PMT)
This position is designed for individuals who possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. You won’t just be formulating products; you will be overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product—from the initial spark of an idea to its final placement on a retail shelf.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates are expected to manage several critical pillars of the product lifecycle:
- End-to-End Product Development: Leading the transition from conceptualization to a finished, market-ready product.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all products meet the stringent guidelines set by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) and AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as the glue between Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, and Packaging teams to ensure seamless production.
- Market Research & Innovation: Keeping a pulse on global trends to introduce innovative formulations that meet evolving consumer needs.
- Dosage Form Expertise: Significant experience working with specific formats including Tablets, Capsules, and Protein Powders is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within the Nutraceutical or Herbal industry. This role is perfect for a professional looking to step up into a Senior Executive position, offering the chance to take more ownership of high-impact projects.
