Job Overview: Packing Officer
The role is specifically designed for the Packing Department, focusing on high-standard pharmaceutical segments including Injectables (Dry Powder, Liquid, and Lyophilized products).
Key Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant science fields.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical packing.
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise).
Core Responsibilities
As a Packing Officer at Venus Remedies, your primary duties will include:
- Operational Oversight: Managing and handling packing operations specifically for injectable product lines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all processes strictly adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Documentation: Managing line clearance, maintaining batch documentation, and keeping accurate packing records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with the Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Quality & Safety: Maintaining high standards of packing quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
