​Role Overview: Domestic Marketing & API Sales

​The core of this position involves driving growth within the Indian pharmaceutical market. InfiChem Pharma is looking for a strategic thinker who can handle the full lifecycle of client engagement. Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • ​Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new partnerships with domestic pharma clients.
  • ​Account Management: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing stakeholders to ensure long-term business sustainability.
  • ​Pricing & Deal Closures: Navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical pricing models and successfully finalizing high-value contracts.
  • ​Market Development: Utilizing expertise in API sales to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities within the domestic market.

​Candidate Requirements

​To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a specific blend of industry experience and technical knowledge. The ideal applicant should meet the following criteria:

  • ​Professional Experience: 2 to 6+ years of proven experience specifically within API Pharma Business Development or Sales.
  • ​Industry Knowledge: A solid track record of exposure to domestic pharma clients and a comprehensive understanding of the API supply chain.
  • ​Skill Set: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in pricing strategies, and the ability to manage diverse client portfolios.

​Location and Work Culture

​The position is based at InfiChem Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Vapi, Gujarat—a major hub for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Understanding the modern need for flexibility, the company offers a Hybrid Working Model.

​Under this arrangement, team members are required to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week, providing a balance between collaborative in-person strategy sessions and the autonomy of remote work.
