Role Overview and Requirements
Accuprec is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the positions of Executive and Senior Executive. The role is specifically designed for the management and oversight of the Sample Area, ensuring that all laboratory samples are handled with the highest level of integrity and precision.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: Candidates should possess 3 to 7 years of experience specifically in Testing Laboratory Sample Management.
- Qualification: A degree in M.Sc, B.Sc, M. Pharm, or an equivalent technical qualification is required.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of samples within the facility. Key duties include:
- Custody and Registration: Managing sample receipt, custody, and formal registration through LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) control.
- Storage and Supervision: Overseeing the segregation and storage of samples to ensure stability and safety.
- Distribution: Managing the seamless distribution and issuance of samples to various testing sections.
- Lifecycle Management: Maintaining strict protocols for the retention, return, and eventual disposal of samples.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensuring all documentation meets quality compliance standards and providing vital support during audits and accreditations.
- Leadership: Handling regulatory samples and providing supervision and training to junior team members.
