Key Responsibilities
The role of a Medical Representative in the Ortho segment is pivotal to the company’s growth. Primary responsibilities include:
- Product Promotion: Actively promoting Orthopaedics products to specialized doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
- Sales Growth: Achieving defined sales targets and driving consistent business growth within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with Orthopaedic doctors to ensure prescription generation.
- Strategy Execution: Effectively executing brand strategies and promotional activities as designed by the corporate marketing team.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is looking for experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Candidates should be Graduates, holding a B.Sc, B.Pharma, or D.Pharma degree.
- Work Experience: Applicants must have 1 to 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative. Please note that this opening is for experienced candidates only.
- Preferred Skills: Experience specifically within the Orthopaedics segment is highly preferred.
- Professional Background: Preference will be given to candidates coming from a Top 50 organization according to IQVIA rankings.
- Age Limit: Candidates aged 30 years or below are preferred for these roles.
