The recruitment drive focuses on several key engineering and quality control roles, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have experience in Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Agrochemicals.
Open Positions and Requirements
Senior Executive – Production
Candidates must hold a full-time B.E. or B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering with a mandatory First Class distinction. The role requires 3 to 8 years of experience. Applicants should have a background in handling hazardous chemicals, unit operations like Bromination and Chlorination, and at least two years of independent DCS operations.
Senior Executive – Instrumentation
This role is open to B.E. or B.Tech. graduates in Instrumentation & Control (First Class mandatory) with 3 to 8 years of experience. Key responsibilities include executing scheduled maintenance, calibration, and planning for consumables and spares while coordinating with production teams during downtime.
Junior Engineer – Instrumentation
Candidates with a Diploma in Instrumentation & Control and 3 to 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in DCS/PLC systems and experience with field instruments like control valves, mass flow meters, and various transmitters (Level, Pressure, Weigh systems) is highly preferred.
Senior Executive – Mechanical
Applicants should possess a First Class B.E. or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 8 years of industry experience. Knowledge of glass line reactors, vacuum systems, and safety standards such as HAZOP, HIRA, and PSSR is essential.
Senior Executive – Quality Control (Exclusively for Women)
In a dedicated effort to promote workplace diversity, SRF is specifically inviting women candidates for this role. Requirements include a First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry and 8 to 10 years of experience. Expertise in GC, HPLC, GCMS, and KF Titrator troubleshooting is required, alongside experience in implementing 5S, TQM, and IMS standards.
