The hiring drive aims to bring onboard skilled professionals capable of contributing to innovative development projects in Injectables and Ophthalmics at the company’s facility in Perungudi, Chennai.
With a strong focus on developing complex formulations and adhering to global regulatory standards, Caplin Point is offering excellent opportunities for candidates with an M.Pharm background, especially in Pharmaceutics.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for a wide range of formulation development activities, including:
•Developing and optimizing complex injectable and sterile dosage forms
•Working on onco-injectable products (lyo & non-lyo), with preference given for relevant experience
•Designing and implementing formulation strategies in compliance with FDA, QbD, and regulatory requirements
•Handling end-to-end project execution as per defined timelines
•Conducting experimental design studies to meet project objectives
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as technical services, operations, and regulatory affairs
•Leading optimization, scale-up batches, submission batches, and troubleshooting activities
•Preparing, reviewing, and approving development, scale-up, and submission documents
•Supporting technology transfer activities
•Staying updated with regulatory guidelines, including FDA requirements
This role requires strong scientific expertise, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in sterile product development.
