Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Promoting company products to doctors and healthcare professionals
- Conducting regular visits to doctors, chemists, and hospitals
- Building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach
- Submitting daily sales reports and field activity updates
Salary & Benefits
Cadila Pharmaceutical Company offers an attractive compensation package including:
- CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Daily Allowance (DA):
- ₹290/day (Metro Cities)
- ₹265/day (Non-Metro Cities)
- Travel Allowance (TA): Reimbursement based on field kilometres travelled
- Performance-based incentives
- Salary hike of ₹50,000 every 6 months during the first two years (as per company policy)
