JOB OPENING:
Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (LAB QA-Micro)
Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Microbiology/Biotechnology
Experience Required: 08 to 10 Years in Pharma Industry (Sterile Plant)
Job Description:
•Compliance related microbial laboratories.
•Conduct GLP training for all quality personnel and assurance data security with ALCOA plus principal.
•Assurance of aseptic processes or sterility assurance.
•Trend review and approval of Environment Monitoring and water analysis and review and approve specification, standard test procedure, Data sheet and analytical method validation inline of applicable pharmacopoeia and ICH guideline.
• Review and approve laboratories equipment calibration and their preventive maintenance, review and approve analytical data related to commercial and stability batches.
• Handling of investigation lab incidence, out of specification, out of trend, microbial excursion, deviation etc.
•Review, approval and implementation corrective and preventive action
•Assurance of real time data entry and review
•Handling regulatory query related laboratories data.
•Responsible for approval of Specification, Standard testing procedures, data recording sheet, COAS, SOPs etc.
•Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity and Diligence, performs all work in accordance with all established Integrity and Diligence and performs all work in accordance with all established Regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
•Ensuring equipment and instrument qualification document.
