Position: Senior Manager
Department: QA
Requirements:
•Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharm-D, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of working experience.
•Lead and oversee the quality assurance function, ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards.
•Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements to guarantee product safety and efficacy.
•Proficient in developing, implementing and monitoring quality systems and procedures across manufacturing processes.
•Skilled in managing audits and inspections, both internal and external and ensuring timely corrective actions for continuous improvement.
•Experienced in driving risk assessments and root cause analyses for quality-related issues, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
•Competent in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Production and Regulatory Affairs, to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
•Knowledgeable in managing quality documentation and records, ensuring traceability and compliance for all quality processes.
•Focused on leading continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department to drive efficiency, reduce errors and enhance product quality.
