🔹 Reporting To: Team Leader / Department Head
Qualification Required:
- M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from top colleges
- Preferably CBSE / ICSE board students with excellent academic records
Job Description – Formulation & Development:
- Conduct literature and patent searches.
- Procure and evaluate reference or comparator products.
- Prepare test license applications and costing formulas.
- Execute Bio batches and oversee trial formulations.
- Handle procurement of raw and packing materials.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and master formula reviews.
- Develop formulations, scale-up, and perform stability studies.
- Compile analytical and stability data.
- Maintain lab notebooks, calibration records, and project files.
