Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years
Location: Rajoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
1. Quality Control (QC) – Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. or B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
- Handle testing related to drug substances and drug products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) – Sr. Officer to Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate process validation activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes as per approved protocols and SOPs.
- Perform IPQA activities for manufacturing operations, including granulation and compression.
- Monitor and verify critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs) during manufacturing.
3. Packaging – Operator
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: ITI
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blister, strip and autocartoner machines as per approved SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, adjustment and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper line clearance before starting packaging operations.
4. Packaging – Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor pharmaceutical packaging activities according to approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Follow safety standards and production plans.
- Ensure timely and compliant packaging of finished products.
5. Production – Operator
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: ITI
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor granulation and compression machines according to approved SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, adjustment and basic troubleshooting.
- Execute granulation activities according to the approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and process parameters.
6. Production – Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and execute daily production activities according to the approved production plan and schedule.
- Handle and monitor granulation, compression and coating operations as per SOPs and BMR.
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, changeover, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
