1. Quality Control (QC)
Designation: Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
- Conduct testing of drug substances, drug products and AMV.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.
2. Production
Operator
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: ITI
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring granulation and compression machines according to approved SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
- Machine setup, changeover, adjustment and basic troubleshooting.
- Executing granulation activities according to approved BMR and process parameters.
Officer to Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, supervising and executing daily production activities.
- Handling granulation, compression and coating operations.
- Ensuring proper machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.
- Performing basic troubleshooting as required.
3. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Designation: Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical method development and validation for OSD formulations.
- Method transfer activities to QC.
- Analysis using HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus and GC.
- Documentation, specification and STP preparation.
4. Formulation & New Development (FND)
Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience: 2–10 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Develop formulations for tablets, capsules and other OSD forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation and excipient compatibility studies.
- Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale and scale-up batches.
- Handle technology transfer activities.
