Job Description:-
In process Quality Assurance activities & Compliance of cGMP in Manufacturing and Packing area.
Activation , Deactivation, Creation, authorization and modification of user access.
To maintain the record for each equipment & Instrument.
Preparation, Review and drafting of SOP’s & BMR.
Review and approval of Batch Manufacturing and Batch Packing Record.
Review of Completed BMR & BPR for Release.
