Required Skills & Responsibilities
1. Blending
Ability to manage and execute shift plans for formulation activities.
Expertise in operating and maintaining equipment such as Autoclave, Blending Vessels, CIP, and SIP skids.
2. Filling
Capability to handle shift operations related to vial filling.
Skilled in operating equipment including Vial Washing Machines, Tunnel Sterilizers, Filling & Capping Systems.
3. Packing & Labelling
Hands-on experience managing shift plans for Vial Labelling Machines & VVM Dot Machines.
Knowledge of Videojet / Control Print Printers for batch coding.
Familiarity with Track & Trace systems and monitoring of Cold Rooms and Deep Freezers.
Proficiency in working with inspection systems for quality compliance.
