Production Filling/ Position : Jr.Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer /Executive /Senior Executive
Operation of vial filling and PFS filling, Operation CIP and SIP of Lyophilized, Compounding, Aseptic Filtration process, Sterilization operations (Autoclave)
Exposure to regulatory audits. Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling schedule Manpower planning, handling and utilization.
QC – Microbiology /Positions :Executive /Senior Executive
Testing Team :Culture handling, Bacterial Endotoxin Test, Sterility testing, Microbial method suitability (Sterility & BET) , Container closure integrity test, Microbial Limit testing, Water testing, Media preparation and sterilization, Regulatory Audit exposure ,Good communication skills., Willing to come in Shifts.
Environmental Monitoring (EM team reviewer): Environmental Monitoring in aseptic areas, Water sampling ,Utility Monitoring, Trend Preparation.
QC- General (Chemical)/ Position :Executive /Senior Executive
Handling of Karl Fisher apparatus, Autotitrator, UV instrument, IR instrument, Polarimeter, HPLC instrument, Gas chromatography instrument, Empower software, Knowledge on QMS activities, Experience of Wet analysis, Good Communications Skills.
