Biological E. Limited invites dynamic and self-motivated candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience for the below positions at its Vaccine Business, Shamirpet, Hyderabad:


QC – In vitro Testing Executive


To perform biochemical and immunological testing of JEV vaccine and its intermediate samples in JE Quality control.
Molecular techniques such as SDS:PAGE, Western Blot, Slot blot, PCR and ELISA is preferred.
Biochemical analysis such as protein content, sodium metabisulphate testing, HPLC is expected.
Sample management receipt of in-process samples, final bulk and final lot samples, distribution and sample storage at appropriate storage conditions.

Production – Jr. Executive/ Executive.


Operation of Autoclave 2. Operation TFF system 3. Operation of Integrity machine 4. Good knowledge in cGMP.

Hands on experience on handling of Fermentor and Westphalia. Exposure to GMP
documentation.

Upstream / Downstream activities

Hands on experience in handling of fermentor and Westphalia. Exposure to GMP
documentation.

Hands on experience on handling of TFF system and Akta process systems. Exposure to
GMP documentation.

QC – Invitro Testing / Production – Upstream and Downstream Process.
