Biological E. Limited invites experienced, dynamic and self-motivated candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience for the below positions at its Vaccine Plant, Shamirpet, Hyderabad:

PRODUCTION FORMULATIONS (Injectables):

Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive/ Sr. Officer/ Officer

Qualification:
M.Sc. (Lifesciences)/ B. Pharmacy/ Diploma/
B.Sc./ ITI

Required Skills:

BLENDING: Ability to handle shift plans for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipments such as Autoclave, Blending Vessels, CIP and SIP skids.

FILLING: Ability to handle shift plans for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipments such as Vial Washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling and Capping.

PACKING & LABELLING: Ability to handle shift plans for Vial Labelling Machine & VVM Dot Machines with Inspection System. Operation of Videojet and Controlprint Printer for Batch Coding, Track & Trace System. Monitoring of Cold Room and Deep Freezers Temperatures.

ENGINEERING (Injectables):

Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive/ Sr. Officer/ Officer

Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma/ ITI (Mechanical/Instrumentation/ Fitter)

Required Skills:MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE: Ability to handle shift operations for Process Equipments such as Bio reactors, WFI Coolers, Centrifuge, Autoclaves, Glassware Washers, Media & Pooling Vessels, TFF, -70 Deep Freezers, CIP/SIP systems, Bio Safety Cabinets, Sealers, Blending Equip- ments, Autoclaves, Vail Packing Lines, Auto Cartonating, Auto Optical Testing Machine and CIP/SIP systems.

INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE: Ability to handle shift operations for Instrumentation activities such as BMS, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Main- tenance, Calibration, AMC and Interim Projects, Review- ing the completion of breakdown status / Calibration / PM works, Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Pro- grammable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition)
