WALK-IN INTERVIEW
QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / M. Sc.
Experience: 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills:
•Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch
•Collecting and submitting in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as per the respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
•Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
•Examining the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols that have been executed
•Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
•Persons should have exposure to OMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
PRODUCTION PHARMA
Position: Officer & Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
•Experience in operating and cleaning via washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, automatic terminal sterilization, vial filling and sealing machines, and automatic PFS filling machines
•Experience in operating and cleaning lyophilizers with auto loading and unloading systems (ALUS)
•Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
•Knowledge about the execution of manufacturing and compounding activities
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
•Experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
•Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, including filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filtration integrity
QUALITY CONTROL
Position: Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Sc. (Injectables)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
•Handling the creation of Caliber LMS masters
•Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor Ila)
•Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
•Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material
•Handling HPLC/GC with empower software
•Handling UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Softwar
•Handling of IR Instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography
•Managing AAS instruments, ICP-MS, and NMR
•Knowledge and overview maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, and TOC
MICROBIOLOGY
Position: Associate – PG
Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: Freshers
Required Skills:
•The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques
•The graduates of 2024 with at least 60% marks
•Excellent communication skills
Position: Executive
Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
•Environmental monitoring of aseptic areas
•Water sampling and utility monitoring
•Trend Preparation
