Biological E. Limited (BE) invites experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated candidates for its Pharma Division, Injectables Business (SGI), in Shamirpet.
PRODUCTION PHARMA (OFFICER):
Position: Officer & Senior Officer
Qualifications: Diploma/ B.Sc
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in operating and clean- ing a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines.
Hands-on experience in operating and clean- ing Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS).
Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities.
Hands-on experience in operating autoclaves and terminal sterilizers; preparation of autoclave loads, loading and unloading of autoclaves and terminal sterilizers.
Hands-on experience in Clean Room area & Machine cleaning activities.
Execute the assigned manufacturing, filling, and compounding activities as per the schedule.
PRODUCTION PHARMA (EXECUTIVE)
Position:
Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification:
M.Pharmacy/ B.Pharmacy/ M.Sc.
Experience : 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, compo- nent preparation activities, pre- and post-manu- facturing activities, and aseptic operations. Work allocations, work monitoring, and training of manpower.
PES: Hands-on experience in Automatic PFS filling machine, manufacturing planning & execution,
Planning and execution of batch manufactur ing activities, including filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filtration integrity.
Exposure to monitoring aseptic process activ- ities, aseptic techniques, and aseptic filling and sealing activities. Hands-on experience in docu- menting activities on the shop floor.
Planning and execution of Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities and intervention execution.
QC-MICROBIOLOGY:
Position: Executive
Qualifications: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Required Skills:
Environmental Monitering (Analyst):
Environmental monitoring of aseptic areas.
Water sampling and utility monitoring.
Trend Preparation.
Testing Team:
Experience in culture handling, bacterial endotoxin testing, and sterility testing.
Should be able to perform Microbial method suitability (Sterility & BET), container closure integrity test, Microbial limit testing, and water testing.
Should be able to perform media preparation and sterilization. Have experience in regulatory auditing, good communication skills, and are willing to work shifts.
QUALITY CONTROL FRESHERS:
Position: Jr.Executive
Qualifications: B.Pharm/ M.Sc.
Experience: Freshers
Required Skills:
Sampling and analysis of packing materials and raw materials. Analysis of water samples during the process, finished products, and stability.
The graduates of 2023 with at least 60% marks.
Excellent communication skills.
QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE:
Position: Executive
Qualifications: B.Pharm/ M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
Managing biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor lla). Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable.
Analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material. Handling HPLC/GC with Empower Software.
Managing UV visible instruments, KF, and potentiometer with Tiamo software.
Handling of IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and lon Chromatography.
Managing AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR.
