Analytical Development – Vaccines / Biologicals

Experience: 5 – 9 Years

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for analytical techniques (method development & validations) being used for release of Polysaccharide based conjugate Vaccine & Protein based Vaccines.
IPC support, release & characterization of developmental (including PCT) batches of Purified Polysaccharides.
Development of method for Identity & serological specificity of 5 antigens using by ELISA & NMR.
Development of method for Total PS, %Free PS & % Adsorption of PS for Adsorbed conjugation & Lyophilized formulations.
Analytical test transfer for Drug substance & Drug Product.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in HPLC, Dionex, ELISA, SDS-PAGE and Exposure to Biochemical testings (Protein Estimation (Bradford/Lowry/BCA).
Should be familiar with GMP & GLP practices.
Sound knowledge on Word, Excel & Power point.
Should be quick learner, proactive & self-motivated.
Must have working experience in Vaccines/ Biologics Industry.
