Available Job Roles and Departments
The recruitment drive covers several core departments, seeking candidates for positions ranging from Officer to Managerial levels.
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
Bajaj Healthcare is hiring Officers, Senior Officers, Executives, and Managers for its QA department. Candidates should hold a B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. degree with 2 to 10 years of experience. The role requires expertise in IPQA, QMS, and documentation specifically for OSD and API facilities.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Opportunities exist for Officers, Senior Officers, and Executives with 2 to 8 years of experience. Applicants need a B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Pharma/M.Pharma. Desired exposure includes proficiency in quality testing using instrumentation like HPLC and GC, as well as stability testing for RM, PM, and finished products.
3. Production
The Production department is seeking Officers, Senior Officers, and Executives. Required qualifications include B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. with 2 to 8 years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate solid knowledge of Granulation, Compression, and Coating processes.
4. Packing
Positions for Officer, Senior Officer, and Executive levels are open in the Packing department. Qualified candidates with a B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. and 2 to 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Expertise in both primary and secondary packing areas is essential.
5. Engineering
For the Engineering team, the company is looking for Officers and Senior Officers with 2 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The role focuses on Process Engineering and Utility, with a mandatory requirement for experience in engineering documentation.
