About Healthcare & Life Sciences Team
The BCN Healthcare Center of Excellence (HC COE) provides specialized support across the healthcare and life sciences value chain, including pharmaceuticals, MedTech, providers, payers, and digital health.

Role Overview
As an Associate (Analyst-level role), you’ll be actively engaged from Day 1—solving challenging business problems, conducting deep industry research, and generating healthcare-specific insights for Bain’s global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned workstreams with end-to-end ownership
- Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessment across geographies
- Generate hypotheses, support strategy development, and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare impactful client deliverables (presentations, structured reports, data packs)
- Collaborate with supervisors on planning, brainstorming, and recommendations
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech background preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 0–2 years in research, analytics, or consulting (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with research databases (Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Factiva, D&B) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint essential
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus
