Requirement
1. Responsible for the review of calibration activity of all instruments as per the annual calibration schedule.
2. Responsible for the review the activities for Instrument Usage log book of all instruments.
3. Responsible for the review of all analytical data, COA, online and off line documents.
4. Responsible to review audit trails of QC instruments.
5. Responsible to monitor daily QC activity in compliance manner.
6. Responsible to ensure the compliance of GLP, Good chromatographic practices and SOP in QC Laboratory.
7. Responsible to report any discrepancy observed in QC laboratory to QA
Head.
8. Responsible to verify sample management activity in QC laboratory.
9. Responsible for verification of Hazardous and Poisonous chemicals handled in QC laboratory.
10. Responsible to verify standards, impurities, reagents and volumetric solution along with its relevant documents.
11. Responsible to involve in AMV activity and QMS activity like OOS, Incidents, etc. in QC laboratory.
