Aurobindo Pharma’s APL Health Care Limited is currently seeking experienced professionals to join their Quality Control (Microbiology) team at the Naidupeta facility. Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The company is looking to fill the positions of Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager within the Quality Control (Micro) department. Candidates stepping into these roles will be expected to bring deep technical knowledge and a strategic mindset to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical safety and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in specialized areas. A critical requirement for this role is proficiency in OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations. Additionally, expertise in Microbiology Stability and Antibiotic assays is essential for maintaining the integrity of the production process.
Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for these managerial positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharmacy), or an M.Sc in a relevant field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within Microbiology and Quality Control.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements, investigation protocols, and laboratory testing specifically for antibiotics.
Location and Interview Process
The selected candidates will be based at APL Health Care Limited – Unit IV, located in the SEZ Menakur, Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh.
