Aurobindo Pharma Foundation has announced a Walk-In Drive for B.Pharmacy freshers under its Auro Royal Program (ARP). This is a skill-enhancement training program designed for B.Pharmacy graduates who want to start their careers in pharmaceutical Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Analytical Research & Development, Formulation/Analytical R&D, and Stability functions.
The training program provides an opportunity to gain industry-oriented skills across both Formulation and API verticals.
Auro Royal Program – Overview

Training Duration: 4 months
Study Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

The Auro Royal Program focuses on skill enhancement in the following areas:

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed B.Pharmacy and belong to the 2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-out batches can apply for this opportunity.
This program is particularly suitable for fresh graduates looking to gain practical industry exposure and develop their careers in pharmaceutical QC, QA and analytical functions.
Stipend & Other Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a study stipend of ₹15,000 per month during the four-month training period.
