Aurigene hiring Scientist for DMPK department

Position: Scientist

Department: DMPK Key

Qualification: M.Pharm(Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Analysis)/M.Sc.(Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 3-7years’experienceor Ph.D.with1-4years’ experience.

Job Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities:

•Proficient in conducting in-vitro ADME experiments (metabolic stability, CYP inhibition,PPB, blood/plasma stability etc.) andinterpretation of results.

•Experience of handling various makes of LC-MS/MS systems to support bioanalysis of in vitroADME sample.

•Experience of writing and reviewingSOP’s, studyprotocols and reports of various assay andprocesses of DMPK.Maintain DMPK reports for IND dossier

•Review in-vitro ADME data and coordinate with key project team members for assigned projects

•Good understanding of ADME-PKconcepts and good communication skills.

•Experience of handling software like MS office,Graph Pad Prism, etc.
