1 Area Sales Manager (Job Code A 001)
Experience: 5 yrs minimum
Qualification: D.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Pharm or any science graduate with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Establish sales objectives through forecasting and the sales process.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating
members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team
of an assigned territory.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned
area for sales promotional activities.
Customer relationship management.
Prepare annual sales targets for regions and territories.
Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database.
Responsible for identification of potential product and new product launch.
Effectively handling of team of sales and marketing representatives.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Chartered Accountant (Job Code A 003)
Experience: 5 yrs minimum
Qualification: C.A.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial systems and budgets.
Conduct financial and inventory audits.
Maintain accounting records and generate reports.
Handle commercial and banking transactions.
Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Create financial management reports, including planning and forecasting.
Resolve tax and treasury issues.
Having Knowledge about local and federal tax laws and regulations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Candidate Profile:
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to working.
3. Pharmacy Store Keeper (Job Code A 002)
Experience: 2 yrs minimum
Qualification: D.Pharm/ B. Pharm or any science graduate with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of medicines as per
orders and various activities related to Store Management &
Inventory management.
Effectively handling of customers.
Maintain MIS on price list, regular purchases, supplier information, purchase order etc.
Forecast purchasing requirements in coordination with Sales Team.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Tally and ERP.
4. Accountant
(Job Code A 004)
Experience: 5 yrs minimum
Qualification: Commerce Graduat
Responsibilities:
Experience with accounting entries i.e.
sales/purchase/cash/bank/JV.
Experience in Tally, ERP, SAP added advantage.
Experience in performing audits, dealing with account
finalization, and managing accounts payable.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS is required.
Experience preparing electronic invoices and way bills.
Checking and recording invoices.
Completing daily accounting tasks on schedule.
Accruing journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Candidate Profile:
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
