Open Positions: Scientific Manager/ Senior Scientific Manager/ Principal Scientific Manager
Qualification: Ph.D./PDF (Organic/ Medicinal Chemistry)
Experience: 3-16 Years in Synthesis R&D
Work Location: Hyderabad
Job Profile:
- Provide scientific guidance to team members and trouble shoot for effective delivery of projects.
- Project Delivery with effective resource and cost management.
- Finalize project estimates and share with the customer.
- Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to Quality standards/timelines.
- Guide the team on the usage of advance analytical techniques.
- Make weekly and final project reports. Examine and sign lab note books. Share final reports to the client.
- Ensure compliance and train the team members for safety protocols.
- Conduct regular scientific review meeting with the team.
Provide Scientific leadership to the team.
- Train team on LNB documentation, Data, and IP
Confidentiality as per norms. ** Frequent audits on LNB records based on client requirements.
- Train & develop team members through knowledge sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders/other departments (e.g.; Analytical, Project Management, Logistics, SCM, HR, IT and Corporate Services)
