Skills Required
Aragen is looking for candidates with strong technical and analytical competencies, including:
•Ability to independently perform and monitor lab experiments
•Strong undrstanding of named reactions and reaction mechanisms
•Knowledge of spectroscopy techniques such as Proton NMR, H-N NMR, and Mass Spectrometry
•Experience conducting lab validation experiments, compiling data, and preparing batch/development reports
•Familiarity with online documentation, GMP standards, safety guidelines, and delivery timelines
•Ability to meet project timelines, RMC, and quality parameters
•Hands-on experience in impurity profiling and in-process controls
•Good communication skills and team collaboration
