1️⃣ Lead Executive
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Expertise in OSD / Sterile / Liquid dosage forms
- Handling change controls related to Master Production, Packaging & Validation documentation via QMS TrackWise
- Preparation and management of SOPs
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance
- Knowledge of QMS, SAP, and Learning Management Systems
- 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry
2️⃣ Assistant Manager
Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Night shift role (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- SAP specialist with expertise in manufacturing and documentation systems
- Operational support for MES, DMS, SAP PP, SAP DMS, POMSMnet, and Content Server
- Strong data analysis skills to improve manufacturing and documentation processes
- Deep knowledge of MES, DMS, and SAP systems
- 10–12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry
3️⃣ Manager
Experience: Minimum 17 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- People leadership role managing a team of 10 direct reportees
- Strong expertise in OSD / Sterile / Liquid manufacturing
- Proven experience in QMS responsibilities
- Exposure to manufacturing operations, quality assurance, in-process quality, and change control
- Proficiency in TrackWise and SAP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 17 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
