PEPTIDE MANUFACTURING
Experience: 2-7 years in Peptide manufacturing Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)/BE (Chemical)
Job Description:
To execute production batch for peptide synthesis/purification as per BMR
Monitor and execution of production plans for trials and validation batches
To perform equipment cleaning activities and documentation
Documentation as per GMP practices
Coordination with CFT members
R&D (PEPTIDE)
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
Job Description:
Preparation of technical documents like
specifications, R&D validation protocols, process development report, characterization reports and helping manufacturing people
for making master batch record Production of API and intermediates
according to preapproved Instructions on Preparative HPLC system
Preparation of impurities standards, working standards, reference standards etc
Responsible to perform the necessary calibrations and maintaining records
Manufacturing activity of reaction, distillation, fiitration and planning activity in Production area
Support for DMF deficiency activity, GAP analysis & anticipated activities related to regulatory submissions

Job Description:
Knowledge of Routine analysis by HPLC/GC/ Chemical (API)
Knowledge of Preparative Purification for drug substance/impurities

TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Experience: 1-3 years Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical)
Job Description:
Exposure to process development and scale
up of lab scale processes to plant scale Process development from lab scale to plant scole
Aware of difficulties in manufacturing so that same can be taken care during the engineering of the processes
