1. Plant Head
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / M.E. (Preferred)
Experience: 10–15 years in Pharma / Diagnostics / Healthcare Manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall leadership and management of plant operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team.
2. Production Manager
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in Pharma / Diagnostics Manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets with quality and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Manage manpower, training, and team performance.
- Work closely with QA, QC, and other departments.
3. IT Executive
Qualification: B.Sc IT / BCA / B.Tech (IT/CS) or equivalent
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations and system maintenance.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage data, backups, security, and access controls.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and systems.
- Support digital initiatives and automation projects.
