Position Overview
The selected candidate will be part of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of OSD production equipment. The role requires strong mechanical skills and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining pharmaceutical machinery.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD machinery
•Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime
•Support equipment changeovers and routine inspections
•Maintain GMP documentation, maintenance logs, and safety compliance
•Handle and maintain equipment such as RMG, FBD, Compression Machines, Blenders, Coaters, Sifter, and Multi-mill
Required Skills & Qualifications
•ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•3 to 5 years of experience in OSD plant maintenance
•Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical safety standards
