Designation: Assistant/Associate
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/B.Sc
Experience:
1 to 8 years of hands on experience in handling the process for aseptic & controlled area of injectable / sterile manufacturing & packing
Quality Control (Chemical) Unit
Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer/Executive/ Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Sc/M.Sc
Experience:
2 to 8 years of experience in sampling and analyzing raw material (RM), packing material (PM), in-process product testing (IPPT), and finished product (FP) testing
Proficiency in handling analytical instruments including UV, GC, HPLC, IR, KF, etc
Familiarity with Lab software such as LIMS, Cipdox, Lab solution and QC investigation.
Quality Assurance (Validation) Unit
Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/M.Sc.
Experience:
5 to 10 years of expertise in Qualification and Validation Protocols for diverse equipment
Proficient in SOP and VMP preparation, URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, CQ, RQ documentation
Skilled in managing QMS elements, including Media Fill execution
Competent in Process Validation, Hold Time Study, Cleaning Validation, and overseeing Validation Planner, with understanding of CSV and PLC validation.
Quality Assurance (IPQA & Environment Monitoring (EM)) Unit
Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma/ B.Sc/ M. Pharma/ M.Sc
Experience:
4-10 years of experience in BMR/BPR review, line clearance, and sampling. Ensure shop floor compliance, manage Visual Inspector qualification, AQL, media fill, and retain sample handling.
Microbiology background with experience in Settle plate, MAS, Surface monitoring, NVPC, and documentation.
Planning EM activities, including media fill, is essential.
