1. Quality Assurance – IPQA Department (Injectable/ Parenteral)

• Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer/Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Pharma/M.Pharma

• Total Experience: 2 to 06 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

To perform line clearance activity before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labelling and packing.

• To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.

2. Quality Assurance – Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)

• Designation: Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer /Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)

• Total Experience: 0 to 06 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Personnel monitoring.

• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.

3. Project & Engineering Department (Injectable/ Parenteral)

• Designation: Technician / Officer/Executive (Plant Maintenance & Utility)

• Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Fitter) / Diploma/B.E./B.Tech

• Total Experience: 2 to 07 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

• Competency to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, vial capping machine, Sealing machine, Lyo, Autoclave, Steam sterilizer etc.

• Electrical & Utility Equipment operation & breakdown maintenance of HVAC, RO water plant & chiller etc. Knowledge edge of GMP operations & Documents
