Experience Required
- Manufacturing Roles: 1–10 Years
- QC & QA Roles: 3–9 Years
Required Skills
Manufacturing
- Experience in Sterile / Parenteral / Aseptic operations
- Hands-on exposure to injectable manufacturing lines such as PFS, Vial, Microsphere, Cartridge, Ophthalmic, etc.
- Knowledge of GDP, GMP & ALCOA
Quality Control
- Analysis of RM-PM or IP-FP
- Handling of HPLC (Waters & Shimadzu)
- Experience in GC (Agilent)
Quality Assurance
- Exposure to Autoclave, Tunnel, HVAC, UAF, DPB qualification
- Preparation & handling of DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ protocols
- Environmental monitoring & aseptic area monitoring
- NVPC & Viable monitoring experience
