- Responsible for HR Operations, Payroll, Compensations & System management.
- Steer smooth implementation of HR strategies and programs across the organization
- Compensation & Benefits benchmarking exercise, job mapping & revising salary ranges, and data update in HR connect for all locations across India.
- Design compensation structures that are compliant and tax-effective.
- Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the market
- Employee Benefits Management (GMC, GPA, GTL, Group Gratuity, NPS, LTI, etc.)
- Payroll processing, payroll related compliances, employee exit, and HR connect update
- Statutory Audit, Finance audit, SOX Audit representation for HR operations, compensation & benefits, Payroll
- International Mobility assignment for temporary & permanent relocation of employees
- To analyze compensation data in light of market benchmarks and advise senior management on budgetary decisions
- Data Integrity of employee database in HR Systems & Publishing various dashboard/metrics to management
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions is added advantage.
