Amneal Pharma is hosting a walk-in drive on Sunday, September 15, 2024, for various positions in the Injectable/Parenteral manufacturing space. They are hiring for roles in Manufacturing, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), and Environmental Monitoring.

We are looking for competent, dynamic and motivated candidates for suitable positions for Injectable/parenteral units for SEZ Matoda Plant, Ahmedabad.

INJECTABLE REQUIREMENT

1. Manufacturing (Production) Department- (Injectable/Sterile Unit)

• Designation: Operator/ Officer/ Sr. Officer /Executive/ Sr. Executive
• Department: Production (Sterile Manufacturing)
• Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. / M. Sc / B. Pharm /M. Pharm
• Total Experience: 01 to 7 years (Pharma experience only)
• Job Location : SEZ- Matoda, Ahmedabad

Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT, packing etc.)

Line: Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line

Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), labelling,

Desired Profile:

• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation related activities.
• Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectable.
• To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
• Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial / Bottle filling process is desirable.
• To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of applicable quality procedures.
• Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area related activities.
• Technical exposure and expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
• Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure of USFDA audits.
• Knowledge of change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in manufacturing area of injectable.
• Preparation & review of BMR-BPR
• filling machine operation (Groninger / Optima), Dynomill Operation, autoclave (Fedegari), Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing

2. Quality Assurance IPQA (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

• Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive
• Department: QA- IPQA
• Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma
• Total Experience: 2 to 07 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.
• Shift Type: Rotational Shift timing
• Job Location: SEZ- Matoda, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• To perform line clearance activity before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling and packing.
• To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.

3. Quality Assurance – Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)

• Designation: Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive
• Department: EM (Environmental Monitoring)
• Qualification: B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)/
• Total Experience: 1 to 05 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.
• Shift Type: Rotational Shift timing
• Total Positions: 10
• Job Location: SEZ- Matoda, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.
• To perform line clearance activity.

Note :

Candidate should have 02 to 07 years of relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliance) organization.
