Job Description :
Experience in finalization of company accounts as per :
1) US GAAP 2) IND AS reporting
Experience in setting up SOX Controls, review, reporting and compliance of SOX Controls.
Exposure to Audit Management and Insurance area.
Experience of Merger & acquisitions.
