Total Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Qualification: M. Pharm
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities :
1. Compilation, plan and review all project related activities when project is in hopper.
2. Initiate and drive project with tracking all important milestones.
3. Work closely with all CFTs representatives & track each meetings MOMs.
4. Registration samples, RLDs, Artworks dispatch related docs. preparation.
5. Tracking and closing all raw material related issues wrt China operations.
6. Arrangement and dispatch of all registration samples of each products.
7. Ensuring preparation of all project related regulatory documents.
8. Maintaining logistic support for timely completion of activities.
9. Proactively raises major project issues to superior for resolution and agreement.
10. Confirming and finalizing commercial trade dress of all geographies.
11. Maintaining each project budget and costing with archiving and sharing invoices to Accounts and Finance for budgeting.
12. Generation of project milestones and follow ups.
13. Procurement of RLDs and dispatch activities.
14. Registration samples, RLDs, Artworks dispatch related docs preparation, archiving and tracking.
