Eligibility:
•B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc. Chemistry
•2 to 7 years of experience in the API industry
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
•Handling API Production and bulk drug processes
•Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
•Batch start-up monitoring and equipment calibration
•Reviewing technical documents: BMR, SOPs, validation protocols
•Strong knowledge of cGMP practices
2. Engineering (Maintenance, Instrumentation & Utility)
Eligibility:
•B.Tech Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
•3 to 8 years of experience in the API industry
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
•Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems
•Prepare SOPs, DQ/IQ/OQ protocols, and ensure proper documentation
•Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
•Operate utility systems: boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC
•Ensure safety compliance and minimal equipment downtime
•Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on GMP experience
3. Quality Control Department
Eligibility:
•M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm
•2 to 5 years of experience in the API industry
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
•Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analysis
•Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
•Prepare SOPs, stability, and market sample analysis
•Maintain GLP-compliant documentation
•Operate laboratory software platforms
•Conduct microbiological analysis and environmental monitoring
