Area of Expertise:
•RM/FG/Stability/Analytical Instrumentation-HPLC, UV and Dissolution.
•Handling of LIMS, HPLC & SAP will be preferable.
•Microbiologist
•IPQA (Mfg & Packing), Shop floor activities
•Handling of Market complaints & Investigation
•Handling of CAPA/EC and External Audits
•Process validation, equipment/Utility qualification.
Core Manufacturing area:
•Granulation, Compression, Capsule, Liquid Manufacturing and Filling, Dry Injection Filling/Sealing
Process Engineering:
•Granulation/Compression/Coating/Blister/Strip/ Auto Catenator
•Injection-Filling/labelling
•FFS Machine-Filling/Sealing/(BQS/Hi-cart)/ Capsule/Packing
